Can I come in for just a consultation?
Yes, we offer stand-alone scalp consultations if you'd like to discuss your hair health before committing to a full ritual. This can also be incorporated into your first booking.
Are treatments suitable for all hair types?
Absolutely. Our Japanese Head Spa techniques and products are curated to be gentle and effective for all textures and scalp conditions, including color-treated hair.

What should I expect during a Head Spa?
The ritual begins with a scalp consultation, followed by deep cleansing, massage, and water therapy in our private sanctuary. It is designed to be a deeply relaxing and sensory experience.
What is your cancellation policy?
We request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling to allow us to offer the time to other guests. Missed appointments may incur a fee.
